Minervise Accounting and Taxation Ltd was founded by Yang Liu (Betty Liu) who has 20 years of academic and work experience in the accounting and taxation industry. Betty graduated with the title of Honour Graduate of Beijing China in the year of 2006 and came to the UK to study towards her master’s degrees at the University of St. Andrews and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and became ACCA fully qualified at the age of 27. She has gained her knowledge and practical experiences from the Big 4, Investment Banking, Private Equity and Hedge Fund industry in both the UK and China. She won the Aspire Award while working in the Fund Accounting Department of the Bank of New York Mellon in the UK due to her dedication at challenging times and her leadership in the team. Betty was also the key Finance person managing Finance and Operations of a few Hedge Funds based in London with a scale of investment of 10 billion US Dollars. 

Betty Also advises entrepreneurs on financial strategies, financial managemnt and fundraising. 

Betty is a member of Diasporat Emerging Leadership Programme specialises in business strategy, new market, product promotion, and financial and legal advisory to assist entrepreneurs and companies that trade in both the UK and overseas.
